Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with easy access to the patio overlooking Bass Lake and close to the pool and Ducey's restaurant. However, there was an issue with the neglected reservation for the ADA suite, which was a bit frustrating, and cleanliness could have been better.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. The rooms, though somewhat dark, were large and equipped with everything I needed. The service, albeit somewhat dismissive at times, was generally friendly and attentive. The location was good for my trips into Yosemite, and the dining experience at Ducey's restaurant was great. The facilities were well-maintained, but there were a few minor issues with service.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, although comfortable, were quite dated, and we didn't receive housekeeping during our two-night stay. On the bright side, Quinn, one of the staff, went above and beyond by preparing amazing S'mores for the kids on the beach. The hotel could use some upgrading, especially given the oversight on housekeeping and the delayed check-out time.
The hotel had a great location near the lake and stunning views, but some areas felt a little outdated and dirty. Service was friendly, although a bit grumpy at times. The dining experience was enjoyable with simple dishes available, and the facilities offered were good overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with beautiful views of the lake from my room and a lovely beach experience for the kids. The room was comfortable, although some upgrades would be nice. The service was exceptional, with super friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect, right by the lake and close to various amenities. Dining was a hit or miss but overall satisfactory.
The lodge offers spacious rooms that are in need of some updates, although they are still cozy for a getaway. The service was a mix of unhelpfulness due to misinformation from the staff and exceptional friendliness from Deana and Jenn. The location is beautiful, with a bit of a challenge finding cabins initially. The dining experience was excellent, especially the service in the main dining room. Overall, a good value for a quiet and clean visit.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with direct access to a patio overlooking Bass Lake, steps from the pool and Ducey's restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient, making the stay enjoyable. However, the location may not suit nature lovers and is not very close to Yosemite.
